KMERCH HAVEN is an online shop that brings your favorite KPOP Albums and Merch from South Korea right into your doorstep.

How to order?

1. Message us your desired item and we will send a checkout link.
2. Click the link and checkout.
3. After checking out, you will receive an email confirmation. Product and payment details will be included in the email confirmation. Pay within the given timeframe to secure your order.
4. After paying, kindly fill out our payment form.
5. Wait for your item to arrive in the PH.

Notes:
- We won't be asking for your shipping details upon ordering because we will send a shipping form when the item is in transit to PH already.
- Kindly read our terms and conditions before transacting. Placing your order signifies that you agree with our terms and conditions.

Estimated time of arrival

Most of our items are for pre order from South Korea. Kindly allot 1-2 months waiting time for your order. Let us put into consideration the release date of the item and inevitable delays due to the pandemic. Feel free to ask us for updates about your order by sending us a message.
